Physio Led Pilates 1:1 / 1:2 Class
Physio led Pilates is a whole-body work out incorporating core stability, flexibility and postural awareness. When you are recovering from an injury, this is the safe way to strengthen your body and improve your function. This will increase your confidence in your body’s ability!
Pilates will help you to rehabilitate from an injury helping you and feel more balanced in your body. You may gain more movement and flexibility, improve your body awareness and coordination.
Exercises are tailored for your needs and abilities, considering your injuries.
A 1:1 or 1:2 session will last for 1 hour and will include exercises in a variety of positions e.g. standing, lying on your side, lying on your back or tummy, and can be very easily adjusted for your needs.
The sessions will begin teaching your how to ‘find your core muscles’ and making you aware of your posture (we are all different) and then work from there to build up your strength and flexibility as required.
