Home Based Physiotherapy
We offer Physiotherapy within patient`s home or at care home within 5 miles Radius from Farnham Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic and cover most of the towns around Farnham. If the patient`s address is outside the five miles radius, additional cost for mileage will be charged.
